Whether the process calls for a simple roller or screw conveyor between two machines, or an overhead rail-based part carrier, Ontario Mechanical, LLC can fabricate, install or retrofit the material handling system to meet your needs.

We design and install conveyors from belt, screw, bucket, live roll, gravity, chain, or vertical lift. We can also provide necessary accessories such as hoppers, feeders, scales, supports, electrical controls and operator panels.

Typical applications:

• Foundry – sand transport (e.g., mechanical reclaim)
• Steel – coal, iron ore, limestone or flux transport to charge buckets
• Automotive / Manufacturing – part (glass, assemblies, etc..) transport

If you are looking for a full turn-key solution, we can work with you to identify the right system to facilitate your material flow or part transport, and then provide fabrication and installation. Alternatively, if you already have an existing system, we can bring it into service with minimal additional investment.
